🔄 Return Policy | রিটার্ন নীতিমালা

✅ Check Before Receiving | গ্রহণের সময় যাচাই করুন
Please open and check the parcel in front of the delivery person.
ডেলিভারি বয়ের সামনে প্যাকেট খুলে পণ্য পরীক্ষা করুন।

If the product is wrong, defective, or damaged, kindly return it immediately.
ভুল, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য হলে তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে রিটার্ন করুন।

🚫 No Returns After Delivery | ডেলিভারির পরে রিটার্ন নয়
Returns will not be accepted after delivery is completed.
ডেলিভারি গ্রহণের পর রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

⚠️ Change of Mind is Not Applicable | মত পরিবর্তনের কারণে রিটার্ন প্রযোজ্য নয়
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
মত পরিবর্তনের কারণে কোনো রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

💰 Refund Process | রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
পণ্য যাচাই শেষে মূল পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমেই রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।

♻️ Replacement Policy | রিপ্লেসমেন্ট নীতিমালা

⏱️ Timeframe: Within 3 Days | সময়সীমা: ৩ দিনের মধ্যে
You must request a replacement within 3 days of receiving the product.
পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিপ্লেসমেন্টের আবেদন করতে হবে।

📦 Conditions | শর্তাবলি
Product must be:
• Unused (অব্যবহৃত)
• In original packaging (মূল প্যাকেজিং সহ)
• With all accessories (সব আনুষঙ্গিকসহ)

Replacement is applicable only for:
• Wrong items
• Defective products
• Physically damaged items

🔄 Exchange Option | পণ্য পরিবর্তন
You may exchange for the same item or choose another by paying the price difference.
আপনি চাইলে একই পণ্য অথবা মূল্য পার্থক্য দিয়ে অন্য পণ্য নিতে পারেন।

Return the product to our given address. We will inspect and take action accordingly.
আমাদের ঠিকানায় পণ্য পাঠান। যাচাই শেষে যথাযথ পদক্ষেপ নেওয়া হবে।

🚚 Return/replacement courier charges must be paid by the customer.
