AKF CORPORATION

1. Introduction | ভূমিকা

এই শর্তাবলী AKF Corporation এর পক্ষ থেকে প্রদত্ত পণ্য ও সেবার ব্যবহারের নিয়ম নির্ধারণ করে। আমাদের যেকোনো সেবা গ্রহণ করার অর্থ হচ্ছে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীর সাথে সম্মত।
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of products and services offered by AKF Corporation. By using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Product Information | পণ্যের তথ্য

আমরা প্রতিটি পণ্যের বিবরণ যথাসম্ভব সঠিকভাবে উপস্থাপন করি। তবে স্ক্রিন রেজ্যুলেশন ও আলোর তারতম্যের কারণে রঙ বা ডিজাইনে সামান্য ভিন্নতা থাকতে পারে।
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions. However, slight variations in color or design may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

3. Orders | অর্ডার

গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।

আমরা অর্ডার বাতিল বা পরিবর্তনের অধিকার রাখি।

প্রি-অর্ডার পণ্যের ডেলিভারি সময় আলাদা হতে পারে।

Customers must provide accurate information. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order. Pre-order items may have different delivery times.

4. Payment | পেমেন্ট

পণ্যের মূল্য অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার সময় উল্লেখ থাকবে।

আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি এবং ডিজিটাল পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করি।

কোনো লেনদেন ফি থাকলে তা গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।

Prices are shown during order confirmation. We accept cash on delivery and digital payment. Any transaction fees are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Shipping & Delivery | ডেলিভারি

পণ্য সাধারণত ২–৫ কার্যদিবসে ডেলিভারি করা হয়।

ডেলিভারির সময় কুরিয়ার ডিলের কারণে কিছুটা তারতম্য হতে পারে।

প্রাপকের উপস্থিতিতে পণ্য চেক করে গ্রহণ করতে হবে।

Products are usually delivered within 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on courier delays. The customer must inspect the product upon receipt.

6. Return & Replacement | রিটার্ন ও রিপ্লেসমেন্ট

পণ্যের সমস্যা থাকলে ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন/রিপ্লেসমেন্ট অনুরোধ করতে হবে।

Change of mind ভিত্তিক রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

ফেরতযোগ্য পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত ও অরিজিনাল প্যাকিংয়ে থাকতে হবে।

রিটার্ন চার্জ গ্রাহক বহন করবেন।

You must request a return or replacement within 3 days of delivery if there's an issue. "Change of mind" is not accepted. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property | মেধাস্বত্ব

AKF Corporation এর সব লোগো, ডিজাইন, কনটেন্ট ও চিত্র স্বত্বাধিকার সংরক্ষিত। অনুমতি ছাড়া এগুলো ব্যবহার বা কপি করা যাবে না।
All logos, designs, content, and images of AKF Corporation are protected. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability | দায়সীমা

আমরা পণ্যের সমস্যাজনিত প্রত্যক্ষ বা পরোক্ষ কোনো ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী নই। আমাদের সর্বোচ্চ দায় থাকবে শুধুমাত্র পণ্যের ক্রয়মূল্যের সমান।
We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage caused by any product. Our maximum liability is limited to the price of the product.

9. User Conduct | ব্যবহারকারীর আচরণ

আপনি আমাদের সাইট বা সেবা ব্যবহার করতে গিয়ে কোনো বেআইনি, আপত্তিকর বা ক্ষতিকর আচরণ করতে পারবেন না।
Users may not engage in any unlawful, harmful, or offensive behavior while using our site or services.

10. Policy Updates | নীতিমালা পরিবর্তন

আমরা এই শর্তাবলী যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার রাখি। যেকোনো পরিবর্তনের ক্ষেত্রে ওয়েবসাইটে জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website.

11. Governing Law | আইন প্রয়োগ

এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
These terms shall be governed under the laws of Bangladesh.
